Every entrepreneur faces challenges. Sometimes the next step calls for fresh energy, a new direction or a new owner. We look at the potential and what it takes to move forward.

Finch Invest is led by Perry Schoots. We have been running businesses since 1994, with our sleeves rolled up. That experience is reflected in several healthy, profitable portfolio companies. We use it to understand challenges, make decisions and help new portfolio companies move forward.

We take on major challenges too. From succession, financing and falling demand to illness, changing legislation or supply chain bottlenecks. Sometimes, after years of hard work, an entrepreneur needs renewed energy. Where we see potential, we are prepared to take responsibility and find a way forward together.

We work extensively with AI to deepen our insights and run businesses more effectively. But we are not a private equity firm that manages businesses through spreadsheets alone. We get our boots muddy ourselves: alongside the entrepreneur, on their behalf or in their place, leading from the front or supporting from behind. We are happy to take whichever role is needed, always with our team of specialists. We tackle challenges and work hard to put solutions into practice.
